1. You are blindly following someone's predictions or investment advice because he seems to know what he's talking about and has prior success in analyzing and predicting the trends. This mirrors the infomercials.
2. That guy had direct knowledge the game was fixed, and you placed bets with the knowledge that the game was fixed. This would be a serious offense and is not something you should be sharing openly.

You understand that most of these pro sports originally started as ways for gamblers to make money right? Most of the league was funded by former bookmakers and crooks.
