The dude that played Wells played a gay character on another Greg Berlanti show called "Jack & Bobby" that aired on the old WB network.

No. Early in the 1st season I just assumed the character of Cisco was gay too, than I was surprised the made the character straight. Now I'm finding out the actor that plays is gay instead.
