Hell yeah. Has to be him. I can see them putting him back in a flash suit. I beat it's going to be some shyt where the explosion killed Barry and some how it gave Henry the powers to become Zoom and he wants Barry dead because he lost his son Barry on E2 something like that.

Hopefully its just a stand in... I would hate for it to be Henry ..because the way he left was BS .. so for him to be Zoom wouldnt sell for me..
But personally I think Henry's face is a little longer and the eye color is slightly different
Maybe RF wearing a flash suit went back in time to kill Nora and killed Barry instead...

Remember JAy said there was an explosion 11 hours before the particle accelrator.. could be Zoom being created.. Zoom entering this universe .. Zoom going back in time .. could be anything

The last episode was great when Wells came back as the E-2 version;however, I'm kind feel sorry for Jay after he was emasculated by harsh words from Wells.
