Hilarious episode only because I firmly believe it was a heavy fan service episode for females who wanted Iris to have speed powers at least once. However...
Harry went through all of the trouble to build this thinking cap to suggest creating a tidal wave but not use the ice queen next to him to put out the fire? Ok

Hell, do Cisco/Caitlin have day jobs or do they work for Star Labs in some capacity?
The power switch between Iris/Barry was clunky. So this EMT risks his life to stop people with powers using them for bad, but when a cop shows up to ask him a few questions he immediately takes Iris hostage and puts a scalpel to her neck
. He wouldn't at least really hear what they have to say first?
Then the dude who gets the fire powers, immediately decides to use them to steal money like the previous guy

His a beta for sure, and at the end when the China man talking bout you guys sure you both want to do this. And Barry looked at Iris and was like it’s up to you that shyt was maddening.

I have a new theory of Coffee Job girl..
She's a manifestation of the Speed Force. .. She's not from the future she's one of the things Barry experienced while trapped in the Speed Force and she came out when Barry escaped.
Remember the speed force exists outside of time so all past/present/future are there.. So she's their daughter but not this Iris/Barry's daughter.
