If people are willing to pay that why shouldn’t it be? Let the market decide what pricing is reasonable and what isn’t.

If you owned a business and your cost went up like 124% you sure as hell not just gonna eat all that and smile. They raised the price of the console like 20% that's not making up for all their increased cost. The business has been sell hardware at a loss or break even and make it up on the software for a long time.I might be in the Microsoft "army" on this board, but this price increase is garbage.

Its too bad microsoft gave up on selling consoles outside the US this generation. That way they could put some of the brunt on other markets instead of their primary sales market

These companies are doing a huge chunk of their business in the US. There is no realistic expectation that their cost will go up on that portion of their business and they won't seek to claw it back elsewhere as well as that market.
The board and CEO that serves them have a fiduciary responsibility to do their best for the interest of the shareholders not keep things cheap for the customers and if there is pricing power when cost go up they exercise it.
Stop projecting. I've never talked about killing anybody those are your thoughts. It's one thing to say you disagree with someone on everything. It's another thing to act like they're disturbed and homicidal simply because you disagree with them when they've never done anything to indicate that.
But I'm game show me instances of me being homicidal. I'll wait.
