1. He says piecemeal iniatives like Evanston and the "$5B to black farmers"(that $ was for minorities) can add up to be reparations, it won't. Reparations can only be done at the federal level, as the US govt is the only entity that has access to trillions if dollars.

2. At no point does he actually say that reparations is just for ADOS, he keeps saying it's for black ppl. Not all black ppl in America are ADOS, and a program that goes to all black ppl ain't reparations.

3. The number, $14 trillion isn't enough, William Darity himself told Thomas Craemer (UCONN economist) that $17T for slavery isn't enough. If you factor everything that has happened to BA from 1776 to now, we're looking at a price tag in the tens of trillions(maybe more).

I wish ppl like Robert Johnson would either get it right or not talk at all, because his talking points are detrimental to a reparations push. :unimpressed:

yeah cosign son i peeped game with no specifying foundational black americans & also craemers number was actually 19T (on united shades of america with w kamau bell) for JUST 1619-1865 which of course is still super low. robert johnson is a negro sock puppet no question and this is orchestrated by whitey

i'm worried about darity too though because all of a sudden son is cosigning the lower 14T like them ofays done got at him too. he's talking different b

Agreed.

Unfortunately, no number will ever be "enough".

Philanthropy[edit]
In 2011, Johnson worked with Morgan Freeman to raise funds for hurricane preparedness in the Bahamas.[36] Johnson released a neckwear line in coordination with PVH and The Ella Rose Collection, the RLJ Ella Rose Africa Tie Collection, in 2012 to benefit the charitable organization Malaria No More.[37]

In 2007, Johnson created the Liberia Enterprise Development Fund with a $30 million investment.[5][38][39] The fund provides credit for Liberian entrepreneurs.[5]

Providing money and credit for non-ADOS? :lupe: Coli #FBA gang aint gon like that...

Yes. People like you are called bag holders in the financial world. The rest of us know that any brand has a life span and a peak value and a floor.

Considering cable tv is marching to a slow but sure death and BET’s relevance has evaporated, selling the brand close to its peak and actually realizing profit is a smart move.
