Considering the fact that dude has more talent in his pinky than 99% of dudes rapping AND singing.

My brehs, WHO is dropping music like this?

When Nostalgia came out, I was straight up :damn: :whew:

Silly Coli posters like: "SirBiatch doesn't like anything." I love a lot of stuff. It just has to be good. And Nostalgia Ultra was GOOD. There were songs on there that were beyond anything hip hop or RnB had put out in years. "We All Try" is insane. "Songs For Women", "Swim Good" and "Novacane" are all fantastic.

Then it turns out the nikka can rap. This is better voice and flow than your so-called "top 3" rappers doing it: Drake, Kendrick and Cole.

Y'all always do this: shyt on nikkas that are actually bold enough to come with something new and powerful, yet dikkride the fukk out of mentally-stunted pandering nikkas. Then start blabbering about "runs" on some zombie shyt. Instead of shytting on Frank Ocean, reach out to dude via social media and get him inspired for that studio life. Yeah Channel Orange was instant trash but that shouldn't stop him for hooking back up with Happy Perez or whoever he needs to do to get back to that funky Nostalgia sound.

Or.... if Frank Ocean aint about that life anymore, support the next artist who can bring life, depth and groove back to this Black music we all love.

No one was even shytting on Frank Ocean :beli:

He been getting love around here :beli:

Stop trying to make yourself out as some forward thinking rebel :beli:

Stop always trying to make your responses about SirBiatch instead of the thread topic :umad:

Posters are really gonna pretend like everyone on The Coli absolutely loves Frank Ocean and don't diss his sexuality, talk about how he irrelevant, etc.

All because you have a chip on your shoulder about SirBiatch :mjlol:

:heh:

Dude came out of the closet, dropped an album and then disappeared.

And there are plenty of R&B artists that have came out or who have been out since he dropped that fill his void and who aren't singing about nikkas while doing so.

Don't think anyone is shytting on dude, just impatiently waiting for some guaranteed to be dope music.

One of the best musicians of this generation.

Channel Orange and Nostalgia, (even tho Lonny Breux tapes) still get regular play.

Matter of fact, we should start a thread about just how good those Lonny Breux tapes were :ohlawd: dude had so many nice tracks on there and they were all reference/throwaway tracks. They don't even make R&B like that anymore.

no slander, right? @That Singer Guy... :deadrose:

anyway, please tell me these wonderful R&B artists that have dropped material on the level of Nostalgia or close. Don't worry. I'll wait :coffee: Feel free to deflect to ASAP Rocky, Lil B, SirBiatch, etc in the meantime. I know the drill.
