PROACTIVE PROBABLY MEANS THAT HE MADE THE STOP EVEN THOUGH HE DIDN'T HAVE AND IT PAID OFF.

You obviously don't know what proactive policing is breh. It's pulling over people en masse for minor infractions..

The vast majority of people they stopped and harassed were completely innocent. You are In fact supporting racial profiling.

Not only this, I don’t believe the bullshyt marginal numbers they posted in regards to so called “felons” who were apprehended while doing this
