Kinda shows how arbitrary the age of consent is. most of the US (and world) is 16 but we act like 18 is the legal age.

There are immature adults no doubt, but they aren't teenagers. The gulf on priorities demands and interests sets the difference there. Someone at 16 may not be the same person at 23 or older, so I don't understand with all the immature acting adults we have running around would anyone possibly want to entertain a high schooler, other than to try to smut out a young woman
