Hit Boy is on a run like Premo was in the 90s. No other producers are working at his level right now. It's beautiful to see.

Nah, Primo in the 90's was on a whole other level. It was nothing but undisputed classics back then from him.

ALC is easily Hip Hop's hardest working and most elite producer right now. For mad years and running.

I'm not sure anyone is coming close to his output or quality. He's been untouchable for a minute.

All due respect alc is not doing the same level of work. Hitboy is in the underground, on the charts. Everywhere. Any artist

On top of the 3 Nas albums, 2 Big Sean joints, Benny, Dom Kennedy two albums, Judas and Black Messiah plus the stuff he did for Conway and Jay Electronica and Cordae/Wayne and Gibbs? And the Chauncey Hollis tape?

Hit Boy been on a run since Covid hit:whew:
That Chauncey Hollis tape is severely slept on

Al was just nominated for a Grammy a year ago, as an artist. Same one that Nas ended up winning. But he's been on this run for years. A couple albums with Gibbs, Spitta, Boldy, the Griselda shyt, joints with Dre, AZ, Large Professor, Hov and Electronica, which was also nominated for a Grammy, and mad other people in just the past few months. No one's been busier than ALC. Production-wise, he's probably the only dude that's been able to keep this kinda run up for like two decades.

I know that and it doesn't give his work as much variety as hit boy

Al is in a groove right now in his career but he is also doing his least commercial work as well. I'm a huge Alchemist fan but he stopped doing joints that would chart like hold you down and such in his early career. I feel like his current style run began in the return of the mac era... Now he really caters to one side of the game strongly. works very well except when it comes to comparing the variety of his output to hit boy currently

You're right about the variety thing. That's true. I just haven't seen anyone with the level of output that ALC has had. Dude is dropping a million projects, all of which are elite level Hip Hop. He's never had a dud. All of his shyt is crazy. I don’t think he's ever been interested in being commercial. He's said as much. His shyt has always been to just make dope shyt with whoever is in front of him. That's what Primo was all about too. He can work with bigger names, and then turn around and do some shyt with a dude no one ever heard of and still make something dope.

I had a chance to work with Hit back when he was doing the Surf Club thing with Chase N Cashe 12-13 years ago. I was with them a lot back then. He's always wanted to get to radio. That's his thing. He's still using a lot of preloaded sample packs and loops that can be bought online. It's a more commercial vibe. ALC is all about diggin' and still going the old school route of finding gems on vinyl and making grimy shyt. I credit Nas with raising Hit's profile. It's Nas. If he's doing albums with one dude, the dude's name is going to go crazy. But with ALC, it's reverse. He's taking dudes that have been around forever with little to no acclaim, and giving them new life. I cop albums just for his production. Doesn't matter who's on the mic. With these Nas projects, we're copping because it's Nas, lol. I can't say I know anyone who's supporting because of who made the beats. We wanna hear some new Nas shyt.

I prefer Alchemist any day but I will give hitboy his credit. he was the most streamed producer last year. that's major.

I wanna see Alchemist tackle unexpected shyt again like his collabo with Twista and Maxwell - Smile, underrated joint. Preemo used to turn around and give us prime r&b bangers or remixes. those moves will get you rated as a producer. Hell i don't think anybody would have predicted he would have made a good album with Christina Aguilera either. Alc is outworking everyone but he need to step out of his comfort zone more like he used to.

Budden's idea for Game to fight Jake paul is something he really should consider.

Get back financially straight off one fight. It makes too much sense

Get that judge n the chick off your back.

Settle with her for a mil to 2. Then take a 10mil payday with jake paul. Put your finances in order n move on with your life. A two fight series can easily turn into 25 mil pocketed.

fukk pride. Do what you gotta do to get your assets back in yo name

Matter of fact, imma mention that shyt to Wack

This! Plus that Cac needs to get knocked the fukk out!
