Eminem is very petty. He almost ended his relationship with Just Blaze over some criticism Just gave him, he also dropped Stat Quo over a criticism he gave Em. He dissed Dilated Peoples for featuring Everlast in a verse that dissed him etc
Hit is also running around with Game for this promo run. It's not like he just sold him a beat, he's actively involved in the making of this album, and again, the main talking point for this rollout has been Eminem, and guaranteed, Black Slim Shady is the record that everyone will remember from this album.
Hit Boy is using his influence to try and give Game some musical relevance again, and Game is using that platform to dis Em, who is known to be super sensitive.
