I just don’t see how its so “weird”. Whats the worth of a Hit-Boy produced Eminem song in 2022? Eminem isn’t what he was in the 2000’s; he’s not guaranteed to move a gazillion units first week on his way to dominating the industry. Em don’t have it like that; so its not like Hit would be missing out on some life altering publishing checks by working with him. So why would the man be losing any sleep from THAT angle?

Also when we look at the history of diss tracks. Was it “weird” for Pete Rock to produce a diss song for Common to diss Ice Cube? Was it “weird” for Premo to produce a song where Biggie went at Nas and Jeru? Biggie TOLD Preme he was going at Jeru before they even recorded and Preme still did it. Was it “weird” for Kanye to produce a diss for Jay to go at Nas? Was it “weird” for Needlz to produce a song for 50 Cent to go at Ja, Kiss, and Fat Joe? This is HIP HOP and them nikkas should know what time it is.
