After 2 full spins I think its pretty dope. It def takes a major dip at " Fourtuate" it finishes really strong with the last 4 tracks. "Save the best for last" was outstanding. Def a good album overall jusy way too long.

I hate saying this about a fellow black male but SOMEBODY needs to beat the shyt out of Wack 100. I mean REALLY teach him a lesson with fisticuffs. Dude is habitual line stepper and the very EMBODIMENT of flagrant.
Felt like Mike was feeling it a bit more than Coop but Mike was able to sway Coop to his way of thinking a bit (which RARELY happens as Coop can admittedly be hard headed) Mike was SUPER impressed with Black Slim Shady and made some very good points.

I really wanted to hate on this album, but this shyt was dope. Game is a HOF rapper: multiple flows, a-1 concepts, lyrics and can make great songs. It's just the antics, corniness and other fukkery detract and distract people from his talent

Damn. On my fifth play. Still banging. Sounds vintage. Flow is dope. I know Game bites styles but it sounds good and there’s nothing wrong with updating your flow.
I’m old enough now that I don’t care as much and just want to appreciate good sounding music but there was a time when this was a cardinal sin in hip hop…it’s one thing “updating your flow” but it’s another to straight up jack other artists’ flow for an entire song to the point where one can no longer claim he’s “paying homage” or whatever excuse folks make (not directed at you)

if Game didn't engage in the PR stunts and silly theatrics taking shots at Em and Dre and co, it's not a terrible album. It's just one with too much fluff and perhaps songs that are in the wrong order. This would be a good double album if it was A&Red properly. 25-30 max is the right amount. Cut some features and cut the Em diss and you have a pretty damn good album.

That includes paying homage to LA, using current and new flows, having the hottest rappers in THE game on the album, & making multiple concept tracks some of which may not be his concepts but other rappers in the game. He also name drops and shootouts damn near anyone relevant IN the game on his albums.
Once you understand this being his concepts & on purpose. You see his antics as an artistic choice. Makes the music easier to digest by far. The album is fire like all his albums…

Or I’m saying he makes an album to encompass what “the game” of hiphop looks like in that moment. Calling someone a dikkrider is a term for someone who isn’t an artist. Every artist “duck rides” draws inspiration from other people, experiences, &cultures. No artist does NOT do this.
