The Game may have to write a hefty check to Priscilla Rainey. The Compton rapper was found liable for damages done to Ms. Rainey who was a contestant on the VH1 reality series, She Got Game.
As we previously reported, Rainey is suing The Game for $10 million for allegedly sexually assaulting her during her time on the show, including rubbing on her “bare vagina and buttocks.”
According to The Jasmine Brand, the case went to trial on Nov. 14 and after four days of deliberations, the jury reached a verdict in favor of Rainey.
The amount of damages The Game will have to pay hasn’t been determined. A separate court hearing or a jury’s decision on monetary damages will have to be scheduled.
The 29-year-old model is seeking $10 million for pain and suffering, including psychological and emotional damage from Game’s alleged actions.
Attorneys for The Game had no comment on the matter.
