No he's not. He's saying u can't have an unbiased top 10 without full spectrum knowledge of the subject. U can have a PERSONAL top 10. Those are 2 diff things.

Let's be clear u can have a bias opinion with a full spectrum of knowledge too though...your taste has to be well rounded for your opinion to hold weight....I only got at this young cats cuz it seemed like they was downplaying classic diss records just because they was old....if you can't stomach the old style of rap you not fit to have a real opinion,bcuz you will hate everything old on the grounds it's "dated".....same way it can work in reverse,anybody who hates all new shyt,they opinions shouldn't hold weight in new vs old convo either....that needs to be said bcuz it's alot of "old bias"/nostalgia,anybody much as it is new nikkas not knowing what they talkin about.

Meek only on his second album though. Compare Meek to Documentary Game and there isn't really much of a difference skill wise and I keep hearing about how much help game had in stepping his bars up so I'm not sure how much credit he deserves for it.

He has bars and delivery but hes such a dikk rider and flow stealer u don't really know who he is..... Meeks style just doesn't do anything for me. He doesn't say anything and his flow is all over the place. Just nothing compelling about him.

Outside of name dropping (which in 2016 should be clear as day that's just his style), I don't know what would keep him from being considered great. He has a very good catalog both studio and mixtape wise, and is a very versatile rappers he does, whether it's serious tracks, female oriented songs, etc. I still need to hear from the dude in here who said Game "wasn't good at all", as I'm still waiting on him to list rappers he does consider good and better than Game.

This is facts tho...not a huge game fan but can't deny he can rap and the documentary 2 may have been the best rap album of 2015

This is how I've felt about Meek for a long time. I've never said he was wack or trash, but I've always thought he was very basic with 1 flow --- YELLING. I heard the hype around Tupac Back, then when I finally heard the song, I was like "so....this is it??". That was basically a cold Ross hook over a decent at best beat. Never liked much of his music other than Body Count, House Party and Dreams & Nightmares. Funny stuff though, the Drake beef actually made me listen to him more, cause I thought he had a lot of ammo that could have been used on Drake (we saw how that turned out). His 4/4 EPs were pretty dope though. War Pain and Gave Em Hope are the types of tracks he should stick to. Dude sounded hungry and focused over some menacing beats.

Don't think I've ever been impressed with a full game project but I've never took him seriously as a rapper even before Budden exposed him I fukked with the first dream chasers tape and the 4/4 tape he dropped last year, more than I can say for Game. I like the energy Meek brings I don't really lis ten to him for bars.

Game can rap but I cant give him too much credit because he steals so many nikkas flows and rapping styles... At least Meek has a consistent and authentic style of rapping

Game also has more exp than Meek.. when Game was the same age as Meek the gap in lyrical ability wasn't that wide or noticeable..
