I'd like to see that Billboard article. The way he snapped about the Lost Tapes not coming out made me think otherwise. He even alluded to the fact that changes were on the horizon.

lolll this autistic motherfukker must've never seen the number of posts on here with people pretty much shytting on WTT, and Wayne's Dedication (Defacation) 4 mixtape and others. I myself have shytted on these dudes when it came to horrible production.

but nas had an image of a guy who didn't have ears for beat and that reputation followed him to the point were it was clouding people jugement on him but with the other artists when they DO pick bad beats even for a long period there never got that bad ears etiquette nas had. The same way it's tiring to see nas's album reviews always start by the phrase Nas bla bla bla that guy that dropped illmatic bla bla bla when the album was dropped 20 years ago. That's just plain unfair to him specially whan:

1 He dropped a lot of great albums after illmatic

2 He's one of the rapper that not only have a great catalogue of songs but had the chance to spit on many of the most memorable beats of hip hop ever.

He's probably one of the few to have the most various type of beats in his catalogue and the ratio good beats/awful beats is clearly in the positive side

Come on ya'll, this Nas. We won't get this until 2014 at the earliest. Last time he tried to a lot of albums in a short period of time we got I Am, Nastradamus, and QB's Finest.

I am a big fan of Nas during the I Am era myself. He was on a roll with then joints he did for the double album. It would've been hip hops best double album.

I personally, wouldn't mind if Nas came out really quick with another album on the LIG tip. Being an older fan, I can appreciate the mature topics and good, NO I.D beats but I think that the Lost Tapes2 should hit first to carry the momentum. This is especially the case if Nas win a Grammy for LIG. Still though, I remain skeptical that Nas will put out anything in 2013. Unlike 2001' when he put out Stillmatic and then dropped Lost Tapes, Illmatic to Stillmatic and then God's Son all in 2002, Nas doesn't have that kind of control of his releases at Def Jam. I am doubtful.

I just want to hear confirmation of this before I get excited. If true, It's good that he's keeping the momentum going and back in the studio except these will be like all the other lost tapes if he doesn't put them on a new album (LOST!!!)
