Honestly, the main part of this I'd co-sign is the idea of Roman and Cena coming together on some ol' "You know what? There's no one on this roster that could match our star power" two man power trip type shyt. Straight runnin' out giving away AA's and spears left and right. Taking the top belt on each brand, and showing up on both shows on some Fxck All Y'all.
Added bonus for Brock sticking around at some point and they gang up on his ass, then do the same to Braun, and those two end up being positioned as the only real "saviors" of the E from the two "Top Dawgs; Top Draws"

But...
I would have Roman win at WM and then have Cena challenge him for the Universal title a few times and lose.
Finn beats Miz and Seth at WM for the IC title. Seth "friendly" challenges Finn for the title for a few PPV and can't beat him. They end the feud with mutual respect. Finn is IC champ heading into Summerslam.
Rollins decides to call out RR for being pushed by WWE and saying he doesn't deserve the chances he's gotten and how he already beat him at WM. Cena comes out and says that Seth is right and WWE is about earning it, and he sides with Seth.
Reigns beats Seth at a PPV...Seth demands a rematch.... and their Raw encounters put Seth and Finn against the Miztourage for a few weeks in different ways. Miz is on hiatus because of his baby.
Miz returns and demands a rematch for his IC title. Kurt Angle tells Miz that if he wants a rematch for the IC title he is going to have to beat John Cena and "earn it"
Miz beats Cena with help from the Miztourage and is headed to Summerslam to fight Finn
Miz wins the IC title back at SummerSlam beating Finn.
Seth gets RR at Summerslam for the second time in a no DQ match. Finn comes out to help Seth (doesn't interfere) Cena comes out and Seth ends up hitting Cena. Cena then hits the AA on Sethand Roman retains the title. Roman and Cena lock eyes and Cena walks away.
The night after SS Cena talks about earning it again and says that RR has earned everything he's given, he's beaten Brock, Cena himself, Seth, etc.
Seth and Finn come out and challenge Cena and RR...during the match the Miztourage interferesand Reigns gets the pin.
Next week Miz has Cena and Reigns on MizTV and says they should all be on the same page since they have common enemies. Cena walks out first, Roman next.
Finn and Cena have a match to closeout Raw and Roman is on commentary. Seth comes out to help Finn, Roman heads down, and then Miz comes down. Everyone fights. The scrum slows and you see Cena in the middle, Roman and Miz on one side, Seth and Finn on the other...the three of them attack Seth and Finn and then Raw ends.
Next week Cena and Reigns and Miz come out and talk about how they've "earned" their spots on WWE and how the Finn Balor was just some "Indy darling" pushed to the top and how Seth Rollins rode on the coattails of "The Shield" to make his name. Miz talks about grinding for years to make it to the top.
Somehow this either leads to a Nikki Bella and Maryse sextape leakingor Dean Ambrose returning

Reigns should be the biggest heel, but not on no stupid NWO type of shyt. He should just be the type of sadistic heel that when he shows up the mood just changes like somebody bout to get hurt. Cena should have joined The Club though. Making him join the most smarky neckbeard stable around and making neckbeards look at the little kids switching from neon green shirts to black shirts would be hilarious by itself. The Miz just needs Maryse, but looks like she'll probably just be at home going forward I would imagine. But Miz don't need a stable like that.

That shyt would get HUGE heat for like a month then they'd just be cheered because the E would be too tempted to book them as invincible so they'd be doing all these cool beatdowns, Miz and Cena running down everyone on the mic, Reigns going over everyone clean and then other company favorites/popular guys would be shoved in there for "extra heat" but it'd just be a bunch of super over heels getting cheered and the faces looking like shyt.
