Are you familiar with the term New York Metropolitan area? I'll give you a hint: Bergen County is part of it.

I know I can get from my apartment in Brooklyn to the Meadowlands in less than an hour. They are New York teams. Logistically it's just easier to play in NJ. You wouldn't want them playing in NY, trust me.

The reason a lot of these teams don’t play in their city is because of the politics and cost. Where in New York can they build a 70 thousand stadium and have cheap taxes???

The only real space in NYC proper left is parkland and it's damn near impossible to build on.
