My moms wouldn't allow me to have toy guns as a kid besides bright water guns. so I remember using those bristle blocks and making them into pistols and what not.

Dayum this thread brings back some early child hood pain....Yea i got burned a few times on this sh1t...part of it was my moms wasnt tuned to know the difference thinking it was all the same I specifically remember Gobots never left the house,where as when i copped skyfire and omega supreme those mufukkas WERE on that school bus next day....

Like everybody has being saying I'm pretty sure Go-Bots came before Transformers. I remember having that blue train guy and maybe a few others that I can't even remember. The difference couldn't have been that far apart - because I remember Transformers had the streets on lock when I was a kid. They must have been expensive because I had to always get the Swap Meet versions without the stickers
