Okay we have 4-5 legit black candidates for mayor. 2 white candidates.
A 60/40 black white mix in the city.
If the black people split the black vote, and even if one comes away with 30%.
If the two white candidates split it evenly they both will be in the runoff and there will be no black candidates.
Unlikely but has a solid shot right now.
Thoughts?
