You was thinking about downtown right? Units in my building going for more but cable, lights, and water and all that shyt included. Ain’t no parking though. Would have to pay like $80-$100 a month at one of the parking lots.

Breh fukk no don't stay there. If you ain't spending at least $1300-$1500 on an apt in Buckhead you're wasting your money. $800 in Atlanta isn't getting you a good quality place breh...you're gonna have to hit the suburbs to get a better quality apt at or around that price

Them apartments over there look just like the ones on the Westside really..that area probably wasn’t nothin special back in the day, but they just KEPT building around it to the point that those Apts look outta place
