The focus has been on settling the Reservoir Park project first. A lot of people have been holdouts against selling over that way too, which is encouraging...but Ms Rona is something I don't think they were prepared for.

Yea me neither but they’re gettin more aggressive lately. For the most part these are good kids tryna hustle but I just seen a group of em steal from the Publix across the street from Phipps and 12 was out here instantly

Man I hate stopping at that intersection of North Ave and Northside Dr sometimes cause I know them runts gon be out there. Sometimes I just give them $5 or $10 and dont even take the water.
one time I came to that stop and had my windows down, one of them lil nikkas put his head all in my car. I hate when it be grown ass men out there. Im cool with the kids being out there but them men need to find something else to do

I respect the hustle but it’s gettin outta control now. I want more young black boys/men to have that sense of hustling and not doing some other bullshyt but they doin too much. One of got mad at me because I didn’t really try to buy no water from them
It’s low key dangerous for them b/c they’re dodging in and out of traffic on some of the busiest intersections in Atlanta
