My house in Tampa is on the East side where black and Cubans live. They are gentrifying it as we speak. I bout my house for 180k and now it’s worth 350k.

Without watching the video, Georgia was the last frontier of the thirteen colonies. That they what sold to the Northerners. You can make it here, because we don't have the same level of bureaucracy as they do up north.
"Covington is a city of sin, break off and form Rockdale County."
"They put the county seat in Athens, Watkinsville breaks off and forms Oconee County."
And on and on it goes, everytime somebody complains, they redraw county lines into more smaller counties.
It’s the reason ATL doesn't have better infrastructure honestly. Theres too many seats at the table. Even 285 hits like 8 counties. The city needs a 2nd airport, another Belt-Highway, etc.
MARTA has to negotiate with like 10 counties
The state also suffers cause these “small government” conservatives end up replicating the problem by having MORE smaller governments. These rural counties with shrinking populations don’t need repetitive police, fire, school infrastructure etc. Theres benefits in consolidating. The GA assembly was even pondering it a few years ago with incentives to counties that consolidated.
The state is sitting on vast untapped potential with this stupid shyt about local government hampering development.
