Best console ever made. Not many consoles have classics for days the way the SNES did. The PS2 is the only console I can think of that's around the same level (Snake Eater )

NES, SNES, PS2

I remember saving my $5 weekly allowance + mowing lawns at $5 a pop for months, saving up, going half on SNES $199 Donkey Kong package with my brother

Dont remember the last time I seen a kid out hustling mowing lawns


Pops made me work for everything I had even while young, bought my own boom box, george town starter jacket (the pull over ones GOAT jacket) and half on a SNES all by 3rd grade, all from mowing lawns made me a better man today cause of it

Same, but called Mega Drive for us in the UK. Retrospectively, I do admit that the SNES had the better catalogue but I'm a Sega fan until I die.
