I think the worst thing for the Cavs was, having a smooth sailing regular season, where they rarely ever got tested, all the way up until they even swept the Heat in the 1st round. Then they got some injuries and were finally met with some resistance from the opposition and didn't know how to recalibrate because they hadn't been in that position before.
