If the earth is spinning a thousand miles an hour, when you go outside and throw a ball straight up, why does it come straight down? Wouldn't the spinning of the earth cause it to fall further away?

Explain that with science.

My g...no one feels like sifting thru extensive videos for information that may or may not be old.

It's even worse when you hear them try to explain why they never been back to the moon in 30 years when the tech should be 1000X better now.
