It always seemed pretty obvious to me that The Rock was basically doing an Ali impersonation with his own bit of flair added but I never knew that they met....
Although, it's not surprising. I've read a few times that Ali would interact with every single fan, because Joe Louis turned him away when he was a kid and he never wanted to do that to somebody else.
