That doesn't mean the white opulation is in decline, the white population is rising because Hispanics are declaring themselves white

What evidence leads you to believe that 2020 will be different than 2016

Most Hispanics don't identify with White people no matter what their technical race is on a form, and most Hispanics don't vote Republican. So you're not helping your case.

Since 2016 more old people have died and more non-White people have come of voting age. Even in 2016 Trump was running against the most unpopular Democratic candidate of my lifetime and he still only got 43% of the vote and barely inched through in a few economically depressed swing states. Every year that goes by more of his supporters die.

How is this post any different than the similar one ( I'm sure) that you made in 2015?

I know it's not popular opinion on here (or in many liberal circles) but the military funding isn't as egregious as you may want to think.

the fact that the US military is the worlds greatest enabler of and inspiration for real fascism, communism, and BS is not something to take lightly.

Fixed that for you.

Where did Isis come from?

Where did the Taliban come from?

Who supported the military coup in Haiti that overthrew Aristide?

Where did Al Queda come from?

Where did the Contras come from?

Who trained and funded the terrorists in El Salvador?

Why was there a revolution in Iran?

Where did the Khmer Rouge come from?

Who propped up Pinochet in Chile?

Who propped up the military junta in Argentina?

Who supported the Branco coup in Brazil?

Where did Saddam come from?

Why was there a revolution in Cuba?

Who overthrew Nkrumah in Ghana?

Who overthrew Lumumba in Zaire and put Mobutu in power?

Who overthrew Arbenz in Guatemala?

Who gave Suharto his kill list in Indonesia?

Who joined forces with Saudi Arabia?

Who joined forces with Pakistan?

Who is supporting Israeli actions in Palestine?

Who is funding the Egyptian military dictatorship?

We could go on...and on....and on....

Not to mention that when we're not bombing civilians and inspiring terrorists, most of our military funding has nothing to do with our geopolitics. It's all about giant money grabs for the military-industrial complex. You know why the F-35 production line is split between 350 different congressional districts? Solely as a bribe to get the votes it needs to pass, whether the military actually needs it or not.

Like it or not, Congress is giving the Pentagon more F-35s

Breh, I was here in 2015, you can search my posts. I was calling Clinton an awful candidate and suggested that she could lose to virtually anyone.

Trump got a LOWER percentage of the vote in 2016 than Romney got in 2012. It's just that Clinton was so unpopular that her share dropped even more.

I definitely don't believe you, I was the only poster that went on record saying Hillary would lose, didn't you start posting last year?

Did you just follow up the insistence that I must have said something with the insistence that i couldn't have said something? :what:

That's gotta be somewhere on the Cac Mamba bad faith argument list.:pachaha:

I didn't know she would lose to Trump, but I reposted the burn that she was such a poor candidate that the only Republican she possibly could have beaten was Trump, and I posted that Bernie would have done much better in a head-to-head than Clinton would.

Most of my 2015/2016 HL posting was one of three things.

1. Bernie is a legit candidate and deserves a look at least.

2. Clinton is a shyt candidate.

3. Trump has a long history of racism and here are the receipts.

I'm assuming you were posting somewhere else

So now your theory is that in 4 years enough white people have died off to give the dem a lock?

I don't think it's ever a "lock". Any sort of economic or geopolitical event could happen that drastically changes the equation, the Dems could run a terrible candidate or there could be a terrible scandal.

But I do believe that every year the odds get worse for the Republicans.

The modern Republican party basically started in 1980 (Nixon/Eisenhower's policies differed so much from the current status quo as to be almost unrecognizable). In that time:

Reagan blew away the popular vote.
George H.W. Bush won with a majority in a close race.
Clinton won but without a majority of the popular vote in part due to Perot splitting the vote.
Bush lost the popular vote but won anyway (got reelected in large part due to wartime sentiment).
Obama won safely.
Trump won despite the largest deficit in popular vote that we've ever seen.

Over the last 40 years the popular vote has gotten harder and harder for Republicans to win. They've had to fall to depressing the vote, restricting voter access, running toxic campaigns, bullshyt redistricting....and still barely hold onto power. It will continue to get worse for them.

There is good in this but also a lot of pipe dream crap. And like someone posted, why radically change our society when it’s developing countries like China and India refusing to cap emissions

Alot of people real confident in their ability to predict the future here.
How can you be of the position that America is hopelessly racist, and that it is also destined for Democratic Socialism?
I'm sorry, but no part of that makes sense.
