My gym is a place of peace and mediation. I see a couple of cute girls depending on the time of day but I train at night, that's when all the serious lifters come.

At best, he's offering free sessions for the promotion. At worst, he's paying for the promotion (most likely scenario).
As far as women in the gym goes, they burnt the game out with tight clothing and spandex wear and just made it even more competitive for themselves. At this point unless a woman is wearing a sports bra with that flat stomach showing, some spandex shorts showing cheeks, or is naturally dang-near a legit dime I'm not making anything more than a passing glance.
