Reigns is pretty average in every aspect, so he needs someone to carry him. If their styles don't mesh, it's pretty stupid to blame Orton for that.

Well see..that's assuming in a hypothetical. Females like the boy and males haven't turned on him yet. He'll be in trouble with fans if he faces Rock or seems to get pushed ahead of Bryan but that's down the road. He's just a upper midcarder who wins a lot these days. It's Brey who needs to get fans in his matches..not Roman. Harper is getting cheered in matches over his workrate. We'll see.

Yep. Even on paper this seems like a terrible matchup. Roman's limited moveset + Orton's slow/deliberate work style doesn't mesh at all.

I could've stopped there.
That said though, they probably DONT put on great matches. In the same way that orton/sheamus and orton/big show stink up the place, but Orton / cena and orton/punk don't. He WORKS HEEL. Orton doesn't budge on that and doesn't TRY to impress the crowd when he's a heel because he's a purist and thats not what heels do. As a babyface crowd back him. As a heel its up to the other guy and Reigns doesn't do that in match yet.

I can't blame Randy on this. If you remember back when shield was feuding with evolution, Randy & Roman had a 1 on 1, and I mentioned it it that Raw thread. If not for the DQ finish roman was about 3 minutes away from being exposed. Blandy was wrestling circles around Roman in what ended up proving he ain't ready for the spot their giving him.

Boreton just need to go on an extended break. Dude feels so out of place in present day WWE. As bad as Batista did. There's literally like nothing for him to do right now but job to dudes like Reigns and Ambrose.
