And they will also fukk with your liver, its still a drug!

This is another reason why cardio is the shyt, it helps keep your liver healthy!
Did I say anything about the drugs not fkn up ur liver? No. The discussion was on you saying bodybuilders not doing cardio and sweating

You missed the whole point! lol

The point was if you ate rich foods/junk food, cardio will help deal with what is in the foods that can cause health problems down the line

You said they take drugs to help deal with those two things, but they are still taking drugs which can be a burden on the liver, and kidneys, so they still can have issues down the line

This is something that is overlooked by too many bodybuilders

Cardio will help deal with a lot of issues that come from eating too much rich food/junk food

The sweating will help get rid of the excess salt, being consistently hot, and constant high oxygen, helps with the fat. If you do things like running on an incline, helps with burning excess carbs. Plus it helps keep the brain healthy!

Cardio, and walking, are the shyt when done properly(part of a routine, timing)

Hell yea. I know a breh personally that was a body builder. Only "cardio" he did was low impact shot like the bike....you can't gain all that muscle weight and not work your heart out. You have to run high impact but instead, they dont want to lose their muscle mass. People dont know but heart problems are common for body builders

Bullshyt. He would have been much smaller if he stopped taking drugs

Have you seen what he used to look like & what he looked like 4/5 years ago before his health really declined? Night & day. He’s more cut because he has to live a healthier lifestyle if he wanted to keep living. The man had a metal stint in his heart after flatlining in 02. I’m pretty sure whatever he was taking before that he got off

Bmore stand up!
A lot of these body builders LIVE to hit the weights and be as swole as possible.... it kinda turns into a healthy/ unhealthy addiction for them.

With that being said, they usually neglect every single other area of their health, this tends to lead towards problems especially when u been doing the same shyt for 20,30 and 40 years

While working at the post office, he met a woman and in 1995 they had a child, Samson. In total, he and his wife have 7 children. Due to his work schedule, he ate a lot of fast-food. This unhealthy diet caused him to become a frequent patient in hospitals, he developed hypertension because of this diet. At the time, he didn't seem to be affected but the doctors warned not to continue his bad habit. In 2001, he received a phone call from his doctor regarding his hypertension and how it could be life-threatening. His body had taken a major hit and he was disabled at age 42. In 2004, he lost his mother, Ogie Rea Fletcher. She passed away from congestive heart failure. The following year, 2005, he was admitted to a hospital in Long Beach, Virginiafrom there he was transported to UCI Medical Center for open heart surgery. In 2013, he began vlogging on YouTube. In 2016, he opened his first gym, Iron Addicts Gym in Signal, California.

A lot of Olympic and pro athletes eat extremely bad, but they are still healthy as a horse.

That is until they retire but continue their bad eating habits.
