If you're renting in the hood, that ambition less but my homeboy lives in the hood. Copped a house for $55k and just bought another. He's trying to purchase the block of homes near him as well. The neighborhood is starting to revitalize (i.e the white people are going to be moving in soon) and they will probably buy him out in the next couple of years for at least double his investment.

I say if you're going to live in the hood, buy!

You really think all people do in the hood is do drugs and commit crimes? There's more drugs and free time to bullshyt in the suburbs. Your less likely to get caught in the suburbs than in the police state in anyhood USA. There's definitely money to be made in the hood if you have hustle and drive...but the t/s is talking about living in substandard conditions and simply coasting through life.

got the only non - old school car...... just parked on the street like shyts sweet. going jogging in the am, coming back w Whole foods bags..... you don't have to change ur life just because you live in the hood.
