The Latin takeover in STEM is what people are not seeing. A lot of companies have been getting talent from Latin America all over STEM fields. My company is literally hiring full teams from Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, etc.

Look at the official ABET site: a ton of traditional Engineering programs across Latin American Universities are now ABET-accredited passing grades to give them the gold standard of American Engineering approval.

STEM is where the focus should have been the last 30-40 years. The education happening in Black schools is mediocre at best.
