Blacks have more money/wealth out east (northeast and southeast) then out west
It's about protecting what you have. On the flip-side you can't knock people moving into communities when everyone is selling Granny house to move to the burbs (and then not even build those up in many cases).
All these convos would be a non factor if people created and maintained strongholds rather than just existing.

It’s not cheap labor. It’s the fact that they actually build businesses and are loyal to their own. Look at all the Popeyes in the area—all Latinos. They are also building local businesses. Ownership is the biggest issue for Black people. Second, the people who move to another country are motivated. All the bums stay in their countries they were already in. So, anyone with the drive to move to another country for opportunity is way ahead of the average person in the city they were raised in who complains and does nothing.
