The only real things that matter are if the school is accredited and if it has enough of a sustainable budget to remain open for more than a hot moment.
Anything else is just a distraction. Without accreditation by the Department of Education, Umar's school will be "Everest College" status or the school version of "WakeUpNow."
And, without a proper budget or investments from outside his donations, his school won't last a hot minute even with accreditation.
Umar's whole model is just off. Donations and public speaking money can't sustain a whole school. He would've been better off aiming for a lower goal like an afterschool program or tutoring business then using that money and experience to level up into being able to tackle on a private/charter school.
