I'm not a fan of Dynast Amir, in fact I'd say he's the Pan Africanist version of Tariq always harping othere to move to Africa while he himself is sitting in Atlanta.

That being said people pay millions of dollars to take a picture with the US president and even then they're carefully vetted. Considering how locked down the US president is it's low key scary the access that some random can get with a delevoping nation President. I myself was in arm's distance of the Colombian Vice President and I wasn't even checked for weapons.

The reason people pay for pictures with Presidents is so that they can tell other people that they want to do business with that they can holla at the President to get things approved. This is why I said that having a couple hundred thousand USD is like being a billioniare in the States. You get the same level of nice looks at a way cheaper price point.
