Except wrasslin is all year, no off season. You can't expect the average viewer to be invested in a character all year, let alone a wrassler who's is 24/7 on social media trying to act cool then being some heel on TV. Result is crickets at live events
In all truth, the whole thing seems to have been a faction to set up Roman in a protected situation but they kept the other two from not falling down the card and kept Cena away from them. Rock put them over on the mic not long after they started...Bryan continuously won't take the low road and say anything anti-Roman. Punk started the whole charade with "Make em look strong" thing from the podcast about the Handicap match from December 2014. "You're going over but make sure Roman looks strong, alright"? LOL. That didn't lead to any backlash at first but then the way things were presented at Rumble 2015 changed everything and that's why fans are more into Ambrose and Seth today.
