There are ways to stay a money judgment in Florida pending appeal. But you have to post a bond. And like . . . iunno what surety company is going to guarantee a judgment to the tune of $115 million. So I guess you're right.

If he really does get that $$$ dude needs to fall back. It's clear a second chance for his dumb ass. Look at his Ls leading up to this win: Nick's crash/jail time, end of WCW/nWo (in its prime), Linda leaving him/smashing a young dude/taking his $$, getting exposed on some racist shyt and then getting the boot from WWE

take the $ and run. Buy obviously his ego matters and so does being an attention whore. Let's see if the money lasts.

it would be the smartest thing for him to do, he blew too many opportunities and burned alot of bridges. best for him to ride out of the sunset and live low key, he doesn't have to work a day in his life anymore.
