So for those who read the book does this 1 have more action? At least this wont feel like a remake of the 1st one like the 2nd one did

3rd book felt like they tried to force the "games" feel.... it was all jumbled up too, i read it just to get through the series. IMO the first book was by far the best.

shyt is in a completley different league thent he first 2. My fav out the series tbh. Even though i dont get the hate for number 2. While action wise it was more of the same the character devolpment was leagues ahead of the first book.

Book ranks
3=1/2 but 2 was still good.

I've never met a person who liked the 3rd book
I know it's a uncommon opnion. I loved the 3rd book though. At the very least i think people would agree the 3rd book is more suited to the film transition then the first 2 were.(Even though the whole series imo was bascially made to become films)

It just felt like the author tried to put too much into the 3rd book, it didnt flow as smooth, and it felt like she was trying to find a way to force another "games" setting.......

i get wanting to milk this for four movies, but book 2 would've made the most sense to do that to. spend the first half doing the victory tour, building the tension between kat, gale, peeta, and pres. snow, show how the districts were coming together, then did another movie that was the second hunger games, then did mockingjay. anyway, i enjoyed part two more than one, so this will be a first weekend see for me

:salute:Same! And I agree about adaptability to film. I hope they do it justice.
