I've been spending more time reading journals, reports, practioneer guides and what not.

It enriches the way I think. Social media, this forum included, is kind of like junk food. It's quick, addictive, easy, and destructive.

yes, she probably could have lifted her if she was ready. if she had practice lifting, she could have got her form, approach, positioning, etc down better for a better outcome. you should be mentally ready to lift anything heavy...tires, furniture, etc. mostly to prevent injury
