12 teams is the solutions the 12 best teams regardless of winning your conference or not.

Georgia isn't winning the SEC title game so that's 2 losses right there

Ohio State has 0 chance of making it. They haven't played a ranked team all season long even if they beat sparty in 2 weeks which is a good win, they have no one else. Nebraska will lose to wisky and drop to like 22 or 23 in the polls.
