It's to the point where auburn and alabama are ranked so high, the 2 loss loser of the iron bowl could not make the sec title game but linger high enough to leapfrog a 1 loss mich state or theoretical 1 loss fsu that won their conference. That's the bullshyt that seems on the horizon.

negro, if you lose early and drop 8 spots, then everyone else passes you up. But you still have time to win games nd come back up.

You lose at the end of the season, you're probably screwed.

The only thing that stands out to me is Ole Miss. Even with the loss to the Rebels, the Tide still has the more impressive resume. You can't criticize and penalize Ohio State for a bad loss to Virginia Tech then turn around and give Ole Miss a pass for losing to a bad LSU team. The Tigers are much improved but with that offense, they're still the worst team in the SEC West and will be destroyed by Amari and Bama next week.

I still say the only way the SEC gets 2 teams is to have an undefeated champ and a 1-loss runner up, which means Mississippi State and Auburn have to run the table and I don't see that happening. The committee is trolling us all.

ole miss literally had no consequences for that piss poor showing against lsu, the same team that got that ass stomped by auburn. That shyt was damn near a metaphorical tax write off for them. I'd have put Bama or Oregon at 4. I have no issues with the top 3.

Lsu is pretty much the same as south carolina imo, they just had an easier schedule. But it's possible they can beat anyone if they actually show up. The problem is they're inconsistent as hell, no way would I have them higher than maybe 20th and that's only based on ability and not what they've actually showed. That win over Kentucky is looking kinda good too.

5 power five conferences each guaranteed one spot
then 3 at large bids, if a non power five finishes like top 12 they get a sport
