Exactly. I cut alot of hair/beards and what I've realized is some dudes have more hair follicles in their beard than others. They are able to wear a shadow beard without it looking patchy. Especially with a razor blazor.
Ginuwine is one of those dudes. Dye is unnecessary, he probably used it to cover gray hairs. But That's Most Definitely His beard.

Ginuwine came to my country a couple years back and it was a sad sight. Breh built his brand on being a sex symbol, but he hasn't put in the work to keep the image up. Now you have some flabby breh trying to take off his shirt for the 'Pony' chorus. This beard just takes the sadness to a whole new level for me

More than likely it's a hair dye/patch spray used in barbershops to keep hair/beardlines consistent with carefully crafted fill ins.
