You ever notice people act like "pretty boys" or dudes with admirable features are referred to as if they are effeminate or weak?

Having a strong jawline and brow ridge means you're more masculine, whereas having weak jawline (typical guy that says pretty boy) are the inverse

Just something I thought of that never made any sense

I think it’s more so the light skin vs dark skin sh. Plenty of dark skin men with strong jawline and hunter eyes that are deemed as very masculine in hollywood’s eyes.

Id understand if you're talking about KPop singers but in this case, that's not what it is.

Being a pretty boy doesn’t mean you’re necessarily handsome or have masculine features. Plenty of good looking, handsome dudes aren’t pretty. And plenty of “ugly” dudes are pretty boys.

I have absolutely, positively never heard anyone refer to those two as pretty boys. Theyre definitely handsome nh, but in a rugged, masculine way. Pretty boy is more like Kelly Oubre or Kyle Kuzma. Basically, if you threw a wig and some makeup on them, they could pass for women.

Being "ugly" or having "ugly" features always worked for me since a youngin you realize early on that bytches like you being "ugly" because there is something about you that stands out to them
