There were massacres of jews in Muslim countries randomly throughout history. There was also a better relationship between the turks and the jews than the arabs and the jews, and with turks ruling the islamic world then jews would be ok in most of the islamic world, they weren't completely safe though and they were subject to taxes, and sometimes forced into certain areas, forced to dress a certain way. That's really irrelevant to now though.
The point im making is the Arabs claim that there was some massive Arab civilization in the "Holy Land" and somehow that got stolen by European Jews who are now trying to wipe out the rest of the Palestinians. First of all the majority of Israeli jews are sephardic or mizrahi and aren't of some entirely different culture or ethnicity than many of the Arabs there, and they are just as "native" if not more than the Palestinian Arabs to the land. They also always owned land and lived there. I mean other than language domination, which one could argue isn't even that strong compared to others times in history, the Arab claim to the land isn't that strong. A slave army of europeans and central asian people owned that land and built more of a society for longer than the current modern "Palestinian" Arabs just to give a broader view of the issue. So it wasn't some massive Arab state that got stolen by European jews. It's a land where the ownership has always been decided by whoever won the battle basically. When turks lost and got kicked out the Jews lobbied for a state and got the rights for it. Some bought land rights off of Ottomans as they started to abandon the area near the end of the 1800's to the end of ww1. The jewish people had this idea forever and once it was actually possible they found a way to get it done. It's also not just after the holocaust that the jews started going back to the land, it has been a constant idea and people started putting it in motion around the late 1800's.
Then there is current history, which is basically the jews were given this tiny state, and started building it. It was crazy tiny. The arabs started multiple wars trying to destroy them. The israelis defended themselves. Europeans and Americans weren't even positive they would survive, in fact most probably assumed the arabs would just eat them up. But israeli kept winning. And by winning they kept taking more and more and more space because that's what you do when you get invaded and the invading army loses, you then take their shyt

that's how it is. No complaint can be made about that because you invaded and you lost. They should really just be lucky israel did't take all of jordan and syria because it was the arabs who wanted the beef. When the war in the 60's rolled around, the US still wasn't on Israels nuts fully, and still in some ways left them out to dry, probably thinking that it's possible Israel will be destroyed, and to still be able to salvage a relationship with the arabs if they win. Israel started it this time, and striked first at egypt, won that war in 6 days. Even in the 70's and 80's Israel was still shook the US would turn on them for that sweet sweet oil and other connections with the middle east, they assassinated some radical Arabs they thought might be able to make the American's switch sides, dudes who were working close with the CIA and shyt. Israel deserves to be a country and nothing was "stolen" and arabs/muslims of the area weren't robbed by some Western Jew/Christian conspiracy. The arabs of the area just started getting their shyt together, getting independence etc. around the same time lots of the other post colonial countries were. So there was no massive arab civilization that got overthrown by jews. The entire area was being divided up as the spoils of war and the Jewish People got themselves a piece, Arabs got themselves a bunch, much of which they didn't deserve, like the kurd and turkmen areas, christian areas etc. Muslims stepped over a lot of other peoples historical property too in the exact same time so their hands aren't even clean of the things they are accusing israel of doing.
