Just binge watched Godfather of Harlem 1st season. The "appear everywhere including the middle of black neighborhoods and catch anybody slipping" superpowers and sci-fi-level surveillance ability they starting to give these Italian mobster characters is starting to get cartoony as all hell.

On a side note, I was watching Narcos: Mexico and came across this Matta-Ballesteros cat.
They called him “El Negro” cause he was a black Honduran. Was escaping from American prisons, catching bodies in Mexico and had all of them calling him their boss and deferring to him.
I decided to listen to a podcast about him on Spotify called “Real Narcos”, he basically set up the modern drug trade through Mexico, it wasn’t Felix Gallardo.
Now THAT dude was a genius, CACs were only able to catch him by breaking the law and using a loophole.

If they are operating openly in America and people know who they are and their affiliations, then they aren’t geniuses, they are just aware how to exploit the American legal system.
A real crime syndicate wouldn’t want to be known. They’d move quietly undetected. My opinion

im just speaking subjectively...like as far as actual knowledge is concerned. some of these nikkas were doctors, engineers, physicists etc back home. as far as the Organization itself goes, thats whatever
