Found out about this album when I was looking for the "World is Yours" sample ("I Love Music" for those that don't know). Ended up putting me onto jazz. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get into the genre. Accessible without being corny, great fukking album.

Erskine Hawkins and the Bama State Collegians..Hawkins was a famous jazz player who toured the country with some students from ASU and that was the name of his band. I should have did jazz band in college
