Ehh, I applied for about 100 jobs after graduating…

Only got a handful of in-person interviews…and only one offer…

This shyt isn’t new.

I live in NYC. We are competition and capitalism personified. All my homies work and are working on getting promotions. My best friend just went back to school to level up. My other homie works for Disney and is getting more coding certs. My other bro works for the Union and just got a promotion and I just got a raise. My big homie just opened his own couples counseling business. All black men. Sure your circle up.

One of my homeboys works for the county of San Diego called me earlier on some bs. He was driving the company car had a road rage incident and flipped off the person and the person had a dash cam and recorded him and called the county office and he’s getting a ride up on it. Mind you he just had an investigation because a parent said he sexually touched her child which turned out to be false, but he also has an investigation for missing with a foster mom which he actually did do.

Dude got sloppy toppy & smashed the foster mom. Her husband found out and pulled up at his house. He got defensive as hell this morning when I told him to stop fukking up and stop self inflicting wounds and giving his job a reason to get rid of him with him being on thin ice


Definitely need to switch up my close circle. Dude is crashing out.

My company just gave all of us a $7/hr raise just to keep everyone from quitting because they were hemorrhaging guys because it's so much work and money out here to get. Thing is guys still quitting, cause they just take that paycheck with the extra $7 and go get another $4-5 on top of that somewhere else. shyt is cold work out here.
