I like Josh better than Al. Both are great players in thier own right but Josh obviously has the higher upside. HOWEVER, I like the Hawks TEAM more than both and it's becoming vivid CLEAR that the Hawks play better, AS A TEAM, when Josh is either under control or out of the lineup. Seeing that Josh really ain't trying to hear that, maybe it's best for him to be moved.

Now go back to the Knicks thread nikka

Good game Hawks, ran circles around us the first 3 quarters combined with that crazy shooting %, unbeatable combo. See y'all on Friday.

Man I fukking hate Joe Johnson's body language sometimes. It just seem like since he got paid, he just ain't as passionate as he used to be. In his homecoming, nikka didn't even try to take over the game :smh:

If that's the case, we'll just ride it out with Josh. I would accept a Rudy Gay for Josh swap tho.

Do you consider re-signing him if he plays the way you want in the 2nd half, or would you put that to him trying to get a big deal and once he's paid he's gonna revert back.

I love watching him play when he's right, so I'm interested to see what it's like watching him every game. Clearly not as fun as the occasional games from what I'm getting.

He looks the same no matter what the game, I just accept it by now. It would screw up our offense even further if he tried to take over, we play horribly in the Iso system, that's one of the reasons Avery got fired cause he loved running it.

He had open looks and didn't make em, he's been on fire lately from 3 so hopefully it was just a bad game.

Breh, I've been watching the Hawks since I was a little boy. I think I have a pretty solid feel for what's BEST for the TEAM. Josh is a great player with top 15 talent, imho. Al Horford is a great player as well. However, every Hawks fan has seen this act before. Josh inconsistency is getting VERY tiring. Although I think Josh is better than Al, at this point I would rather have AL. I know what I'm getting from AL on a nightly base + I don't have to worry about AL taking bad shot after bad shot killing the offensive momentum. Finally, I don't have to worry about Al trying to be a pg when we have three on the floor already. I think you coulda ask ANY Hawk fan what to expect tonight with Josh out of the lineup and they would have ALL told you a Hawks team that was gonna play better than they have been over the past 6-7 games. With Josh, this won't be the last episode.

The thing is, this won't be the last episode. Josh will go on a stretch where he plays to his ability and then revert back to the same ol', same ol'. I was honestly gonna lobby for that nikka to finally make his first All-Star game and then he goes back to bad habits and shows us why he hasn't made an All-Star team in his career.

I think the problem is that we don't see enough of these kind of posts about the Hawks. I honestly didn't know Hawks fans felt this way about Josh.

If there were more good posts like these instead of all that trolling that some of your fellow fans were doing in other teams threads a couple weeks ago people would get where you coming from better.

I enjoyed talking to y'all tonight, this is so much better to me than the trolling shyt where people just talk shyt and say nothing intelligent.

We (hawks fans) know Josh flaws already, breh. Trust me, that nikka has cost us enough games over the years. However, he's one of us so we have tried to be patient and ride with this dude over and over again while overlooking his bullshyt (same way we did with Vick). However, after a while, enough is enough.

I think what he's saying is we never heard it until now. Clearly you guys thought this all along but you didn't see a lot of "We are good right now but we gotta deal with this Josh situation soon" posts. They only started when the struggles began and he went back to his bad ways.

Obv you guys know your team better than we do, but on here we can only go by what we read from y'all and we didn't really see any posts about dealing with Josh earlier. So that's why people reacted when all of a sudden we see all these "get rid of Josh" posts.

Wins against okc, ind, and now bk without Smith. No wasted possessions without him. :ahh:
