I like Josh better than Al. Both are great players in thier own right but Josh obviously has the higher upside. HOWEVER, I like the Hawks TEAM more than both and it's becoming vivid CLEAR that the Hawks play better, AS A TEAM, when Josh is either under control or out of the lineup. Seeing that Josh really ain't trying to hear that, maybe it's best for him to be moved.
