This has more to do with KM's decline than his actual skill set diminishing. And again even though all these factors are correct, he's averaging about the same points per game as JJ with less minutes on the court,

90% of his "actual skill set" is spot-up shooting - the other 10% is providing comedy for how terrible he is at every other facet of the game.
